By booking a service, purchasing a package, or using the Longevity Haus website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Services & Appointments
Longevity Haus provides wellness services and supportive therapies intended to promote overall well-being, recovery, and healthy living. Services are provided by appointment only and are subject to availability.
Certain services may require an intake, health history, consultation, or screening prior to treatment. Longevity Haus reserves the right to determine whether a service is appropriate for an individual based on the information provided.
Payment Policy
Unless otherwise stated, services and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase. All payments are non-refundable.
If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, your prepayment may be applied toward a future service.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, missed appointments, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
All payments, credits, and prepayments must be used within one (1) year of the original purchase date unless otherwise stated.
Package purchases are subject to the terms and expiration dates provided at the time of purchase.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and subject to the full service charge. Late arrivals may also result in a shortened session in order to accommodate the scheduled appointment time.
We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early for your appointment.

You understand that certain services may not be appropriate for everyone and agree to follow all instructions and recommendations provided by Longevity Haus before, during, and after your session.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longevity Haus and its owners, employees, practitioners, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from or related to the use of our services or website, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
By booking a service, you acknowledge that wellness services and therapies may carry inherent risks and that you are responsible for providing accurate health information and following practitioner instructions.
